Ultra – modern Houses 10 in Number and 12 apartments in the heart of Kampala Central division, designed by Landplan Group Uganda and M&E Associates consulting Engineers allowing a panoramic views of the environment. Also incorporated is an environmentally sustainable and interactive space which meets the needs of the modern rental apartments. The Buildings/ Apartments comprise of Club house, Gymnasium, staff quarters, Care taker’s office & flat.
