The Challenges
The design criteria of this ultra modern development aims at developing the building into a modern office facility with naturally lit and contemporary corporate environments, a generous lobby, spacious penthouse floor, and enhanced landscaping. It also takes into account positioning of all key services required for the building and the use of green architecture.
We were appointed to facilitate electrical installations for the entire building. This scope of work include, entire electrical installation from the main incoming supply to all tenancy levels complete with lighting installations in all common areas. Installation of generator, fire alarm, ICT cabling, Security installations including CCTV, access control and burglar alarm installations.
